Wake up to the wonders of sleep
The benefits of a good night's sleep are almost too many to count.
Getting enough sleep (that's AT LEAST seven hours, but preferably more) leads to better heart health, can "reset your emotional compass" and can even lead to a better sex life. And that's just the beginning. Pulling an all-nighter, on the other hand, is more dangerous than you think.

The data for the infographic was compiled from a survey conducted in October of 1,000 American men and women, commissioned by Health-O-Meter, a bedding technology company.
As you look ahead to the new year, put "more sleep" -- ideally seven to nine hours a night -- on the top of your resolutions list.
