Stress affects our day-to-day life a lot but all of us can’t feel its consequences the same. Stress affects every person differently depending upon his/her personality and sensitivity. People who are more touchy and emotional are proportionally more frequently affected by the stress than those who are not.

At times, stress also affects the great development of your pregnancy as well so having knowledge about how to deal with stress during pregnancy is always necessary.

Down to the transformations going on in your body you’re already affected by the stress during pregnancy, and if your feel any difficulty in dealing with these transformation, the stress level automatically rises. Pregnancy and stress are two factors that can’t work together. Stress affects the evolution of pregnancy badly and in more severe cases can lead to miscarriage, premature birth and other pregnancy-related issues.

A few things that you can do to relieve stress in order to protect your and your unborn’s health are given here;

§ One way to relieve stress during pregnancy is to breathe serenely and leisurely when you feel stressed out. Calm and slow breathing will regulate your heart beat and calm you down.

§ Take enough sleep of not less than eight hours since lack of sleep is one of the contributing factors in making you stressed out.

§ Listen to your favorite music to relax yourself. Relaxing music can actually help you deal with stress making you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy yourself.

§ Aromatherapy is another great way to relieve stress. Aromatherapy oils stimulate the brain and help create a state of comfort and happiness.

§ Getting relaxation massage is also highly beneficial when it comes to ease stress and tension. Besides stimulating the circulation, these massages will help relaxing and calming down your mind and make you feel stress free
