Join the 5th Annual YouMatterWalk

The YouMatterWalk is a community event dedicated to raising awareness about suicide prevention and Mental Health, while creating a space for hope, connection, and support.

Whether you're walking in memory of a loved one, supporting someone living with a Mental Health challenge, or standing in solidarity with those affected by suicide, your participation helps break the stigma and encourages open, compassionate conversations. Together, we can remind people that they are not alone and that support is available.

Now in its fifth year, the You Matter Walk continues to bring together individuals, families, businesses, and organisations committed to making a difference. Qualified counsellors and Mental Health professionals will be available throughout the event, offering support in a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
