Mens Health Month Online Activities

Join us throughout November for a series of powerful online conversations focused on Men’s Mental Health. Each session tackles a real issue that many men face but often struggle to talk about. We will be unpacking myths about masculinity, exploring how anger and stress show up in men, discussing the pressure to provide, and learning practical ways to show up for the men in our lives. These live discussions offer honest insights, practical tools, and supportive guidance to help men understand themselves better and connect in healthier ways. Tune in, join the conversation, and help us create a space where men feel safe to talk, share, and seek support.

Make sure you don’t miss any of our live events, updates, or resources. Follow SADAG on your favourite social platforms to stay connected throughout Men’s Health Month:

BackaBuddy x SADAG Live

Join us this Thursday 6 November at 7 PM for a powerful SADAG x BackaBuddy LIVE on Men, Giving, Hope and Healing.

We are bringing together leaders, storytellers and mental health advocates to explore the real challenges men face, the courage it takes to ask for help, and how generosity and community play an important role in healing.

This conversation is for every man, every family and every supporter who believes that strength grows through connection. Stay connected by following @SADAG_Official and @BackaBuddy for updates and support throughout Men’s Health Month.

Join us live on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Mens ATE 7 November

“Boys Don’t Cry?” We have all heard it, but it is one of the most damaging messages men grow up believing.

This Men’s Health Month, SADAG is breaking that silence. Join SADAG Board Member Nkini Phasha for an important conversation on how harmful masculinity norms affect men’s Mental Health, their relationships and their willingness to seek help. We will explore why real strength comes from honesty, connection and speaking up.

Mens ATE 14 November

For many men, emotions do not disappear, they build up until they eventually explode.

Join Clinical Psychologist Shai Friedland as we unpack “Anger, Stress, and the Silent Explosions”. This important session explores how men can recognise pressure early, understand emotional triggers, and turn stress into healthy coping through self-awareness and practical tools.
